Thanks to the variable frequency drive once you have set the desired pressure, Esybox Mini3 maintains a constant pressure to all the water outlets.

Thanks to the VFD technology, Esybox Mini3 uses only the energy necessary, not only for the environment, but also to save money.

Special water cooled motor design, eliminates the noise generated by the fans used in the traditional cooling system.

Allows you to choose which system inlets and outlets to use depending on your installation needs.

Non return valve on delivery

Easy to remove for routine maintenance operations.

Technical compartment

Easy access to the expansion tank, to the air valve adjustment and to the non return valve for quick cleaning or maintenance.

2 litre expansion tank

Guaranteed for 5 years without any maintenance requirements. Certified for drinking water.

Flow and pressure sensors

Electronic pressure transducer and integrated flow sensor.

Anti vibration feet

Guarantees effective absorption of vibrations helping Esybox Mini3 to further reduce the operation noise.

With DAB Virtual Cockpit, you can control all your systems in exactly the same way that you'd control the TV at home, for example.

So, there's no need to change the way you approach everyday tasks in order to interact with NgPanel: everything from the initial configuration to system monitoring becomes a familiar, intuitive experience.

THE WIZARD

Setting up the system is extremely quick thanks to the wizard, which walks you through the process in just 5 key steps: it takes 5 minutes to set up and you’re ready to start the pumps.

SYSTEM SPECIFIC PARAMETERS

The 2 mandatory basic parameters to be entered, instead of starting with factory settings, provide guidance, helping you set up the system exactly how you need it to be. The need to customise these settings is an added value, resulting in a quality installation, as you can be confident that you've set everything up perfectly to ensure the wastewater management system works as efficiently as possible.

On a single clear, user-friendly screen, DAB Virtual Cockpit summarises all the key information to be monitored in order for the system controlled with NgPanel to work at its best.
The homepage also provides access to menus for the individual sections to allow you to edit their parameters, employing a consistent vertical scroll logic across all menus.

ALARMS AND WARNINGS LOG

This section records a log of errors that have occurred and provides you with the information required to determine why and when the system had issues This is actually a useful analysis tool to have in your arsenal, helping you keep constant track of the installations' performance.

Thanks to DConnect, DAB cloud connectivity service, it is possible to manage activities and consumption of Esybox or customise its parameters and alarms, monitoring its operation and preventing the risk of malfunctions and blockages.
