How to setup your NgPanel for remote connectivity
Activating your account
Follow the detailed intructions in the video or simple steps below to activate your account before registering your claim.
- Download and install the DAB DConnect app from Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Open the DAB Dconnect app.
- Fill in your details and register your account.
- Your account registration is complete. Continue to connecting your NgPanel.
Connecting the NgPanel
Follow the detailed intructions in the video or simple steps below to connect your NgPanel before registering your claim.
- Have your mobile device ready with the app open and your account account activated (see previous instructions).
- Make sure the NgPanel is turned on and ready connection by pressing the enter button from the OVERVIEW page.
- From the app check for updates.
- From the app click DIRECT CONNECTION then select NGPANEL.
- From the app click ENABLE DCONNECT SERVICES then select NGPANEL.
- Install any firmware updates if required.
- IMPORTANT! View your installation on the app and add DAB to the installation. Click on INSTALLATION SHARING then ADD AN INSTALLER. Enter the email address: service.au@dabpumps.com
- IMPORTANT! Serial number: On the NgPanel navigate the SYSTEM page then select CONNECTIVITY DETAILS. Scan the QR code to copy the full serial number (eg. XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX).
